Returns & Exchanges
If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us at [email protected] first, we will respond to your request in 1-3 business days.
Please note that all returns are sent back to us at your own cost unless the wrong items were dispatched by us, or the items were damaged severely in transit on the way to you. Our return policy lasts 12 days starting from the delivery day. If 12 days have gone by since the delivery day, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Expedited Express Shipping is an additional service, and we won’t refund the fees.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. Generally speaking, some processing time is existing before a refund is posted.

We do not accept returns or exchanges if:
We don’t accept exchange or return unless the item is damaged by non-human factors.
We don’t accept an exchange if there is no seller’s fault.
If the returned goods are not in their original condition, including damaged, unsalable, or missing parts not caused by our company, they will not be returned or exchanged
No returns or exchanges after 20 days of receiving the product
Generally speaking, your order will be shipped within 24 hours.
If you want to cancel your order for some reason, please CONTACT US within 6 hours, providing the order number and stating the cancellation reason. Our customer service team will try our best to forward your instruction to the warehouse so that they can hold the fulfillment process and be able to refund you before the parcel was shipped.
Please noted that once the package is fulfilled and sent out from the warehouse, we can’t cancel your order.
