Due to ongoing uncertainty surrounding international oil prices and tariff policies, we have adjusted our previous free shipping policy to better reflect the changing costs of international shipping.

Our current pricing is based on the product price plus applicable shipping costs, and free international shipping is no longer available. Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination country or region and the actual shipping costs.

We understand that this change may be inconvenient, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued support. We will continue to monitor changes in international shipping costs and do our best to provide reasonable, transparent shipping options and reliable service.

Expedited Shipping: We offer expedited shipping options for wholesale orders, about 7-10 business days.

Processing Time:
After placing an order, please allow us 2-5 business days for processing your order; it also depends on the actual situation (Public holidays/weekends excluded)
Processing time may be delayed if your shipping address is questionable and your order is flagged as a risk (we need some time to make sure the security of your credit information). Some proof of identification for your billing information is also required.

Friendly Reminder
Please be wise about the shipping method you chose as standard mail couriers will not require a signature and your packages will be left at any “secure” location deems fit to the mail carrier.

– A restocking fee will be charged if you do not claim your item and caused a return. The charge will be 20% of the total charge per item.
